Outdoor Dutch Oven Cooking
Learn the basics of Dutch Oven cooking while making a meal. Dutch Ovens are large cast iron pots used as outdoor baking chambers with charcoal. Seven or eight new and different recipes will be made to be eaten during the class. Class held at Nishna Bend Nature Center; led by Shelby and Audubon County Naturalist, Christina Roelofs.
